The IEEE Region 10 Student Branch Website Contest is designed to encourage student volunteers to fully utilize the power of the Internet for keeping members informed about the local activities and opportunities to participate. A well-maintained website with ease of navigation can be a great source of timely information and an appealing showcase for the local IEEE activities. IEEE Region 10 Student Activities Committee annually conducts a website contest and the Student Branches under the Sections of Region 10 are invited to submit entries of their websites.

Eligibility

All IEEE Student Branches in Region 10 are eligible to apply for the Region 10 Student Branch Website contest. Each Student Branch may submit entries with no more than one website.

Prizes

Region 10 Student Branch Website Contest, choose a total of THREE WINNERS. The winners will be awarded the following cash prizes and an E-certificate:

1. First Place: USD 300
2. Second Place: USD 200
3. Third Place: USD 100

Top 2 or 3 winners will qualify for the Global IEEE Student Branch Website Contest where winners from each region will compete against each other. A Region that has more than ten entries but fewer than 20 can submit two entries for the global website contest. A Region that has more than 20 entries can submit three entries for the global website contest.

Deadline

12th June 2020 (11.59 PM EST)

Submission 

Nomination can be submitted only by an officer of the Student Branch i.e Student Branch Chair, Student Branch Counsellor or any other Student Branch Officer using the Nomination Form in the Student Awards Submission Portal. 

IEEE Region 10 Student Branch Website Contest submissions should be made via the Student Awards Portal.
